Finding a reliable, yet affordable host is not as simple as it was in the past. Each day there are new webhosts popping up from everywhere in the world. So, how can you find a reliable host? Well, reviews of course and today Im going to provide you a review of the host “Hawk Host“.

I first heard of Hawk Host in the early months of 2009, but I really didn’t start taking interest in this host until the beginning of this year when I created this blog. Apparently Hawk Host has been in the web hosting world since 2004 and have been expanding since. Hawk Host provides shared hosting, reseller hosting and even vps hosting; Im currently using a shared package. From what I can tell Hawk Host only provides Linux based solutions and from viewing their package pages only provide cpanel. Even, though they do limit themselves to one panel it does simplify things and provides better support.

Support on Hawk host is more than expected; Invoices are answered quickly and professionally. Most of the times I was given written instructions and was not linked to content on another hosts/person’s website. Support can be slow at times, but thats to be expected as they do provide support to more than one customer. Im very impressed with the support that Hawk host has provided me with :) .

Hawk host guarantees 99% uptime and they have not yet broken that guarantee. Personally, I have never experienced any downtime and if there has been downtime, then it was a very short amount of downtime. I have had hosts go down on me before; So, Im extremely glad that I have found a host that I can actually say is reliable; If your scared you’ll loose business because of downtime, then Hawk host can help cure that fear.
