Personally, I have never experienced any downtime and if there has been downtime, then it was a very short amount of downtime. Two days ago, I just renewed my yearly subscription on the basic web hosting plan with Hawk Host. So, this is my 1 year review of Hawk Host.

Really Amazing Speed
I’m very impressed with their super fast servers because the speed is really amazing. When I download stuff from the server, it usually max’es out my Internet speed, so no problems there. My blogs load super fast and most visitors of my sites had never been complaining about the slow speeds before.

Timely and Helpful Support
Support response is always prompt and extremely helpful. There support team are always active on their official forum and seem like nice people.

I once had a small problem with cPanel, then I submitted a ticket as medium priority at 09:30 am, first response was at 09:56 and the issue was resolved at 11:21. Not as fast as some other hosts but still adequate by my standards.
