Most of the times I was given written instructions and was not linked to content on another hosts/person’s website. Support can be slow at times, but thats to be expected as they do provide support to more than one customer. Im very impressed with the support that Hawk host has provided me with .

Hawk host guarantees 99% uptime and they have not yet broken that guarantee. Personally, I have never experienced any downtime and if there has been downtime, then it was a very short amount of downtime. I have had hosts go down on me before; So, Im extremely glad that I have found a host that I can actually say is reliable; If your scared you’ll loose business because of downtime, then Hawk host can help cure that fear.

Two days ago, I just renewed my yearly subscription on the basic web hosting plan with Hawk Host. So, this is my 1 year review of Hawk Host.

The higher the price, the better the quality of the merchandise. But sometimes, I have to say that price offers no conclusive evidence on how well a web hosting will perform. Why? Because we can gain a perfect web hosting service from Hawk Host at low costs indeed.

Uptime – Nearly 100%
Some end users of Hawk Host say that they haven’t noticed any downtime on any of their sites, but for me, frankly speaking, during the whole year, the server I’m on was down 4 times, 3 of the times were for planned maintenance. Usually, they always post in the forum if there is a planned maintenance ahead.

So overall, I have a very good uptime obviously. Of course, if you choose Hawk Host to host your sites, I am sure you can enjoy the excellent performance too.

Really Amazing Speed
I’m very impressed with their super fast servers because the speed is really amazing. When I download stuff from the server, it usually max’es out my Internet speed, so no problems there. My blogs load super fast and most visitors of my sites had never been complaining about the slow speeds before.

Timely and Helpful Support
Support response is always prompt and extremely helpful. There support team are always active on their official forum and seem like nice people.

I once had a small problem with cPanel, then I submitted a ticket as medium priority at 09:30 am, first response was at 09:56 and the issue was resolved at 11:21. Not as fast as some other hosts but still adequate by my standards.
